To process your claim as quickly as possible, please have the following on hand:

  • Order number or proof of purchase from Sauna Co.
  • Product brand and model (e.g. SaunaLife Model G6).
  • Photos or a short video showing the issue clearly.
  • A brief description of what happened and when.
