Coverage
What's Covered
What the warranty covers
Each product is backed by the manufacturer's limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use, beginning on the delivery date to the original purchaser. Approved claims are resolved with replacement parts at no cost to you.
What's not covered
Warranties generally exclude: normal wear and the natural aging or color change of wood; accessories and consumables; damage from misuse, neglect, improper installation, or unauthorized modification; commercial use; and damage from weather or moisture beyond a product's rated use. Coverage terms vary by manufacturer — we'll confirm the specifics for your product.
Arrived damaged in transit?
Freight damage is handled quickly and separately from a defect claim. Inspect your delivery before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and report concealed damage to us within 5 days. File it through the form above and select "Damaged in transit" so we can prioritize it.
Questions
Warranty FAQ
How long does a claim take?
Timelines vary by manufacturer and the nature of the issue. We acknowledge every claim quickly and keep you updated at each step until it's resolved.
Do I need my order number or receipt?
Yes — proof of purchase or your Sauna Co. order number confirms eligibility and speeds up the process. If you can't find it, contact us and we'll help locate your order.
Who pays for shipping on warranty parts?
This depends on the manufacturer's warranty terms for your product. We'll confirm any shipping details with you before anything proceeds — no surprises.
Is labor or installation covered?
Manufacturer warranties typically cover parts; labor and installation coverage varies. We'll let you know exactly what applies to your product.
What if my issue isn't a warranty defect?
No problem — submit the form or contact us and we'll point you in the right direction, whether that's a replacement part, a how-to, or a service option.
