Return Policy
General Policy – Change of Mind
Because most of our products are high-ticket, made-to-order, and crafted specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, or unsuitability after delivery.
Once a product has been shipped, installed, assembled, or used, it cannot be returned under any circumstances unless it qualifies under our warranty policy for manufacturer defects.
Unused Items
Even if an item is unopened or unused, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures product integrity, safety, and quality for all customers.
Non-Returnable Situations (No Exceptions)
- Used or Installed Products: Items that have been used, installed, assembled, or tested beyond initial inspection are not returnable.
- Custom Orders: All custom or special-order items are final sale. Customizations include size, finish, accessories, or any request made outside standard product listings.
- Clearance, Open-Box, or Floor Models: Products marked as “Clearance,” “Open Box,” or “Final Sale” are sold as-is and are not returnable.
- Health & Personal Use Items: While our current catalog does not include wearable or personal-use items, any such future products may be final sale due to hygiene concerns.
Warranty Coverage
We stand behind the products we sell. All saunas and cold plunges include a 5-Year Residential Limited Warrantyprovided by Dundalk LeisureCraft Inc., our trusted manufacturing partner.
Warranty Terms:
- Covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
- Warranty begins on the delivery date to the original purchaser.
- Replacement parts will be provided at no cost for valid claims.
- The warranty does not cover: Heaters, Chillers, Accessories.
What It Covers Over the 5 Years.
This warranty covers typical problems you might run into like wood splitting, glass breaking or cracking, and things of that nature.
Exclusions:
- Accessories of any kind are not covered under warranty.
