You’ll get an email confirmation the moment your order is placed, with your order number for reference.

Built & processed

Many saunas are made to order — your product page lists its lead time. We email you the moment it ships.

Carrier schedules you

For freight items, the delivery carrier calls you to arrange a delivery appointment window — no surprise drop-offs.

Curbside delivery

Freight is delivered curbside. A liftgate lowers it to the ground; have a helper ready to move it into place.

Inspect & sign

Inspect the packaging for damage before you sign. Note anything on the delivery receipt, take photos, then contact us.

Delivery & tracking FAQ

How long until my order ships?

In-stock parts and accessories typically ship within a few business days via UPS or FedEx. Saunas, plunges, and other made-to-order items have a lead time listed on the product page; you’ll receive tracking by email as soon as yours ships.

Who schedules my freight delivery?

The freight carrier contacts you directly to set up a delivery appointment once your item reaches your local terminal. Keep your phone handy so you don’t miss their call.

Is delivery curbside or inside my home?

Freight delivery is curbside. A liftgate lowers the crate to the ground, but the driver won’t bring it inside or install it — plan to have help and tools ready.

Do I need to be home to sign?

Yes. Freight deliveries require someone to be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Inspect the packaging before signing. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact our service desk right away so we can make it right.

Can I track a parts order?

Yes — smaller parts ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS with a tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. Paste it into the tracker above anytime.
