The Original Ritual
Real heat, real wood, real steam.
Traditional saunas heat the air with a stove and stones, then you pour water for that deep, enveloping löyly steam. From compact indoor cabins to backyard cabin rooms, these are the classic saunas that have defined the ritual for centuries — handcrafted in cedar and built to last.

Frequently Asked Questions
What makes a sauna 'traditional'?
A traditional sauna uses a heater and sauna stones to heat the room; you ladle water over the stones for steam (löyly). It reaches higher temperatures than infrared.
Indoor or outdoor?
We carry both — compact indoor cabins and freestanding outdoor cabin rooms. Each product page lists where it's designed to go.
Do I need a separate heater?
Most traditional saunas require a compatible electric or wood heater — see our heaters page for the right size, or use the bundle option on the product page.
How many people fit?
Models range from 1–2 person indoor cabins up to 6–8 person outdoor rooms.
